out of which, half of the duration were wasting of time waiting.. waiting.. waiting & waiting...

local "MAN" in this country serve 2 years of NS
foreigner "MAN" from another country dun hav to serve 2 years of NS
both hav SAME GOOD QUALIFICATION, SAME GOOD JOB PERFORMANCE
SHOULD THEY GET THE SAME SALARY?
if the boss were to select only one candidate,
local "MAN" in this country has the liability to be disrupted from his work every one year.. duration could be few days up to few weeks
foreigner "MAN" from another country does not hav such problem
as the boss of the company, who will be a better choice for the working position?

Unfortunately foreign man stands higher chance of employment and they'll also most likely pay him more. Sucks.
Think I should switch to cleaner job too, if I work double shift, I'll earn more than what I'm earning now. Btw, being a maid in a Caucasian's house is not bad too.
