working in china

working in china for almost 6 months has been of real great exposure to the outside world of singapore.
1st of all, most people here have no self initiative, they are like balls; you kick them, then only they will move. it's even more demoralizing when one has the cheek to tell you, they are like one. *faint*
you have to "bribe" them. to get them to work cooperatively, you will have to buy food, buy this and that to capture their heart.
being outsiders, as in foreigners in their land, gradually, i have started to feel that i am being "outcast" sometimes. be it that it's my nature that i am quiet or whatsoever.
work given to them, they will take their own sweet time to complete. and soon, one feel that she is more "superior" or more "capable" than you or the others, she gives you that fucking black face. it's a total pissed off. many a time, i felt so pissed that nowadays i do not wish to go down to the lab.
it's good thing though that i have found my soul mate here in taixing. i really pray and hope that she will be my final girl ever in my heart with this everlasting relationship.
at the beginning at working, i was having some sort of satisfaction seeing the lab improved. however now, i am almost giving up looking at how the things work here, the staff and their attitude. i think i am hanging on staying in this place due to her.

despite all these,
i am happy with my relationship :)
very very very happy
looking forward to bring her back to singapore.
why her? she's indifferent, she's special. despite the nationality, despite the age difference of 8 years.
enjoyed our short trips to shanghai and hangzhou, looking forward for more trips, more honeymoons, the never-ending paths holding each other hands, having each other by our sides.

yesterday / today / tomorrow
